BUTTON'S INVENTORY SERVICE, INC. is headquartered in Houston, Texas with a branch office in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We have a well-trained staff that has served Texas and it's surrounding states for over the past 44 years. We have maintained our reputation for providing professional, accurate, complete and timely inventory services. We provide physical inventories to retail and wholesale establishments ranging from small convenience stores to large grocery chains, pharmacies, warehouses, liquor stores, specialty shops and more. Our employees are trained to do financial, bar-scanned and asset inventories.

Button's Inventory Service, Inc. was founded in 1960 by Mr. Joel Button. In the beginning stage, Mr. Button was also an area salesman for Proctor & Gamble Corp. Mr. Button decided in 1971 to concentrate his efforts full-time to the inventory business and incorporated Button's Inventoy Service. His first major account started with the Kroger Company.
Louis Carter, President/Owner, started working for Button's Inventory in 1971. Louis envisioned managing/owning the Company some day. Upon Mr. Button's death in 1998, in honor of his wishes, the family sold the business to Louis.
Button's Inventory prides itself on longevity: not only of the Company but also of it's employees. Mr. Button wanted to create an inventory service like no other in the industry. We believe that he succeeded and that success continues today.
We stand by our reputation! Button's Inventory believes our stability, professionalism and experience speaks for itself. Our management staff alone includes over one hundred twenty-five (125) years of experience. We pride ourselves in maintaining a full-time staff with an additional one hundred (100) years experience. This asset provides to our customers confidence in knowing that these same employees are performing an accurate, reliable and timely inventory.
Our hands-on managment teams includes six crew chiefs who work closely with our auditors and have direct one-on-one contact with our customers. The combination of dedicated full-time and part-time auditors gives us a competitive advantage over other inventory services. We also have a full-time administrative staff along with an in-house CPA as part of our office personnel.
